Chapter Resources
This section contains useful documents and forms for chapters
(and extension groups) to use in executing your programs and
communicating with the National Office, as well as Regional and
Sectional Volunteer Staff.
Documents and Information
- Chapter Information: Contains full contact information and other useful data on chapters. Hint: If you're logged in, you get to see a lot more information!
- Reporting Requirements (PDF): This document is a chapter checklist of all of the requirements for reporting to be considered, in good standing, as well as due dates for each.
- National Fees: A quick listing and explanation of all National Fees.
- APO IMPACT: These documents can be essentially thought of as, "instruction manuals" for particular officer positions in a chapter. For more useful documents, be sure to check out the Leadership Resources Clearinghouse in the Leadership area.
- Pledging Resources: These documents contain everything you need to know about the Pledging Process.
- Reporting Requirements: This page contains some important things that you need to know about all the things that your chapter needs to report to the national office on a regular basis.
- Risk Management Policy: This is the policy in which volunteers abide out of respect for our fraternity, people, property, and laws.
Forms
- BANC Application: Build A New Chapter fund - The purpose of the BANC Fund is to support efforts to charter new chapters, to recharter inactivce chapters, and to rebuild active chapters considered, "at risk."
- Email List Submission and Update: Use this form to send us information about your chapter's email mailing lists.
- Event Submission and Update: If your chapter is planning a major event and want it listed in the online Calendar of Events, use this form to let us know about it.
- John Mack Scholarship: A scholarship for members that
exhibit participation and leadership in extracurricular activities
to benefit in need and/or charitable and/or humanitarian
organizations.
- Report Graduating Seniors: Use this form to report your chapter's graduating seniors to the national office.
- Report New Officers: Use this form to report the results of your chapter's most recent elections.
- Service Project Report Form: Use this form to report your chapter's NSW or SYSD service project, or non-participation in either program.
- Update Chapter Information: If your chapter's address, website, or other information is incorrect or not listed in the chapter listings, you should use this form to send us an update.
