Q: When should I expect my Email Confirmation?
A: You should save or print your 'Registration Acknowledgment' after registering
as your proof. Once your check or credit card have been received and manually processed at the National Office we will send an email confirming your registration and payment has been received.
You should receive an email no later than a week after registering.

Q: When is the registration deadline?
A: The deadline for early-bird registration was November 10th. You can still make plans to attend but registration fees increased by $10.

Q: How do I MODIFY or CANCEL my Convention Registration?
A: We created a page to provide you with details that cover several registration related questions.  click here...

Q: How much is the hotel and how do I book a room?
A: $104 per night plus tax =  2 double beds for you & your roommates to share.
The rate is good December 24-January 2. Click on the "Hotel" page and there is a direct link to register with the Sheraton.

Q: When should I arrive to get the full Convention experience?
A: We suggest arriving by noon/afternoon on December 27th. Plan on staying through the final banquet on December 30th. (Many brothers leave the morning of the 31st.)  Even better, we recommend staying for New Year's and take advantage of the deeply discounted hotel rate. Ring in 2009 with your brothers from all over the country!

Q: When are the banquets? What type of dress?
A: There are two banquets held during Convention.  The fellowship banquet is December 28th.  The Awards Banquet is held on December 30th, the final night of convention.  Banquet attire is semi-formal -- suits or shirt/tie/jacket for the guys. Dresses, skirts, nice blouse for the ladies.

Q: How can I raise money for Convention?
A: Inquire if your college, Alumni Association, or Advisors can help supplement conference costs for any attendees!
Ask a family member for Convention money as a holiday gift!
Choose form our MEGA-list  of fundraising ideas on this website!

Q: How much do I need to put down on my hotel reservation?
A: As a standard for most hotels, they require you to put down a deposit that is equal to one night of your stay when you are registering through the hotel.

Q: Is Boston a safe city?
A: Boston is a college town. Even though it's a large city, you feel very safe & secure walking around. Our hotel is located in the Back Bay section of town -  an upscale shopping neighborhood. As in any big city, it's a good idea to travel in groups after dark.

Q: Are there options close to the hotel for students to grab food -- and not too expensive?
A: Yes!
There's a food court and several restaurants in the mall attached to our hotel, plus dozens more eateries right outside! The Sheraton is located right on a "T" stop, so you can also take a quick ride to other favorite food spots like the North End or Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

And, there's two grocery stores right across the street -- a 24-hour Shaw's supermarket and Trader Joe's!
